Description[]
Dragonflies are some of the fastest flying insects and they prefer to live in areas where water is plentiful in order to catch their prey. After mating, the females will lay their eggs on a plant in water, and the eggs will hatch into larvae known as nymphs. The nymphs will moult up to 15 times before reaching adulthood.
