V is for Veteran is the 51st of the 3rd season of The Jungle Bunch to the Rescue.
Plot[]
Batricia and Gilbert spend time together and the latter wonders what life will be like in old age. Soon the volcano issues a signal for help. Since the Jungle Bunch is on vacation, Batricia and Gilbert decided to answer the call.
The team was approached by an elderly opossum couple, Bunny and Claude. They decided to remember the moments of their best life. Batricia and Gilbert decided to help the possums illuminate their memories. In parallel, Batricia is impressed by the love story of Bunny and Claude, and is partly offended by Gilbert, since they do not even hold hands, who inadvertently called the size of their limbs as an excuse.
Following the clues drawn by Bunny and Claude in their youth, they come to the place where they first met. There they also remembered Regis the elephant, who helped them in their affairs. Arriving at Regis, Batricia asks him to return to them the thing that he took in his youth. Regis admits that Bunny and Claude, although they were indeed a beautiful couple, were bad guys, causing harm to the inhabitants of the jungle.
Soon, Bunny and Claude activated their latest project, which is a clutter robot. Gilbert notices a hole in the robot's stomach, and Batricia throws it there. Inside the robot, Gilbert disables it. The possums themselves have lost their memory, but Batricia tells them who they are, but keeps silent about the atrocities. Batricia then kisses Gilbert, forgiving him for everything he said to her.
Gilbert and Batricia's imagination in old age is also demonstrated. After which Maurice explains to the newly awakened Batricia and Gilbert about the mission. At the same time, the viewer is made to understand that everything that happened in this episode was all their dream.
